A 9-1 Lowndes team travels to take on 11-0 Milton in third round 7A GHSA playoff action tonight. The talent levels are balanced, but first let's look at the schedules.
The lone blemish on the Viking's record is a 40-10 beat down in Moultrie on November 6.
The only common opponent the teams have faced is Archer. Lowndes beat them 35-21 in the first game of the season, Milton beat them 17-9 last week. I think that is called symmetry.
The talent levels are also pretty close, but tilted towards Lowndes.
Lowndes JR QB Jacurri Brown is a 4 Star dual threat player. He is 6'4" and 205 pounds.
Milton's top talent is JR 4 Star TE Jack Nickel who has committed to Notre Dame.
